The Kalinago Barana Autê is situated in Salybia in the Carib Territory on the picturesque and rugged Atlantic Coast, offering dramatic views from the Barana Neupatae (View Point) on   the Binalecaall Mapou Wêvê (Old Mapou Tree Trail).

The Crayfish River flows through the Village and cascades into the Atlantic Ocean at the double-tiered Isulukati Falls also known as Anba So.

At that Village, there are traditional craft demonstrations and dance performances; a herbal medicine garden; trails; scenic view points; a food and beverage concession stand; and an  arts and craft gallery.

Visitors can experience dance, drama and songs of the Kalinago traditions performed daily at the main Karbet and see examples of canoes crafted from the Gommier tree that were    used for fishing and travel. Visitors can also learn about the construction techniques which utilize axe, water and hot rocks and are still practiced today by the indigenous people.Kalinago Barana Aute
